Items ship within 7 days via priority mail (federal post) from Austria, and should arrive within two weeks worldwide.
Please note that packages are not tracked beyond departure and all international orders are subject to the customs laws of the destination country. If your package is returned to us for any reason, we will notify you by email. If you do not respond within 2 weeks, we will return the item(s) into our stock and refund you the amount of the order, less the shipping.

Please contact Gerald Krampl at Indigomusic.at if you need to return anything in case of damage etc. Because international postage prices are very high, returns are a last resort and must be dealt with on a case by case basis.
